Our story started off more than a year ago in the Netherlands. After a wonderful first year and a half, filled with hundreds of women trusting us to capture their pregnancies, we are taking a new and exciting step: opening a studio in London.
At MOA, we aim to share our deep admiration for the strength and beauty of women. The journey of a woman through pregnancy – the transformation she experiences both physically and personally – is something we want to capture and celebrate with our artworks.
Each of our handcrafted pregnancy sculptures is an ode to this journey: a tangible reminder of the miracle of new life and the extraordinary strength women possess to nurture life and bring it into this world.
Hi, I’m Liselore, the founder of MOA. In 2024 MOA’s first studio opened in Bussum, a small village near Amsterdam. And in 2026 we are expanding to London! I’ll be hosting the sessions in London myself and I’m absolutely thrilled to not only move to a different city, but also meet new, inspiring women along the way and to create beautiful art together.
With a background in medicine, you are in good hands with me. During my studies, my nurturing side was awakened while my admiration for the power of the female body grew. I mean, life can grow within us? How magical is that! It is precisely this meaningful period in a woman’s life and the beautiful forms her body transforms to during this time, that we strive to capture in a tangible, personal keepsake – a work of art that every woman can look back on with pride.
To gain experience with 3D technology and the craftsmanship of bronze casting, I initially worked for another provider of pregnancy sculptures. After mastering these skills, I embraced the challenge of launching this adventure myself with MOA.
Today, we work with attention to detail to create the highest quality pregnancy sculptures. We use sustainable materials and the most advanced 3D scanning and printing technology to craft stunning, highly detailed, bespoke statues! Every day is a joy as we transform your pregnancy into a unique work of art.
Our mission is to help women see and embrace their own beauty. The journey into motherhood is more than a moment in time; it is a profound transformation worth honouring forever. We want every woman who holds a MOA sculpture to remember just how extraordinary this phase of pregnancy truly is.
